The Staging Process

 STEP 1:  CONSULTATION

• Includes a one hour walk through of the property.
• Within 48 hours, you will receive a customized staging plan including home improvement recommendations and staging proposal with pricing.

* Our consultation fee is $280

STEP 2:  STAGING & STYLING 

• Our staging plan will include pre-stage activities that need to be completed before the magic can begin! These activities include de-cluttering, moving certain furniture pieces to storage and cleaning your home. Once that is complete, you can sit back and relax while we transform your space into a home that buyers will instantly fall in love with!
• Our pricing includes furniture and decor rentals for a one-month period and can be extended at a discounted rate.

STEP 3: REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY (UPON REQUEST)

• Documenting your beautiful home through photography is vital to successfully marketing your property.
• Our photographer and stylists will work to create quality images to attract the right buyers and ensure they pay top dollar for your home!
