E-DESIGN
What is included in my consultation?
The consultation includes a 1 hour virtual call to discuss your style, functional and budget requirements. We will review your room measurements prior to the call and present potential furniture layouts using to-scale floor plans. These floor plans include furniture measurements that would be suitable for the space and layouts recommended. We love them because they make shopping so much easier. You don't have to second guess whether pieces will fit and if you decide you would rather purchase pieces on your own, you have this as a guide when you shop!
How long does the process take?
The design process end-to-end for one room will take 3 weeks (not including the delivery and install of furniture). Here's a breakdown:
Once you've submitted your room measurements, we will schedule a call within 5 business days. The reason we require 5 days is because we review your room measurements and draw floor plans and furniture layouts that best optimize the space prior to our virtual consultation.
Once we have our consultation and you have approved the furniture layout, we require another 5 business days to make selections and put together a vision board and itemized shopping list that includes clickable links, pricing, shipping costs and dimensions.
We will then schedule a presentation call with you to review and approve. We allow one round of revisions to your plan. If you require more revisions, additional costs will apply.
How much does e-design cost?
This can really range depending on the size of your space, the pieces you ultimately select and the stores you prefer we source from. Generally, we can work with any budget but of course, quality and selection will be limited if your budget is limited.

STAGING
Why should I stage my home?
To get a higher price for your home! Professionally staged and photographed homes stand out on MLS. Our beautifully styled images will result in more appointments and open house traffic, increasing the chances of attracting the right buyer (or ideally multiple right buyers) for your home. Our staging services will create an emotional “yes” the moment clients walk through the door.
How much higher will your home sell for? This is difficult to quantify exactly due to the many other factors involved in selling a home (market conditions, an experienced realtor, selling strategy) but a report from the National Association of Realtors (NARs) believes it to be on average 1-5% higher compared to similar homes that are not staged.1
How much does it cost?
This can really range depending on the size of your home, whether its vacant or furnished and the condition and style of any existing furniture.
We recommend that you book an in-home consultation with us, which will provide you with a detailed staging plan and estimate of the cost for your specific home.

How long does the process take?
Once pre-staging activities have been completed (click here for what those might include), the process can take anywhere from 1-10 days depending on the size of the home and what is required.
We suggest that you reach out to us for a consultation one month prior to listing your home to ensure there is sufficient time for preparations.
Can you also help us sell our home?
Absolutely. We have experienced realtors on our team that can work with you to list your home. However, if you have an agent you want to work with already, that’s okay too - we love to collaborate!
